Looopit! A place where you can resell or rent the items, give it on rent. The user on Looopit! is a seller who uploads the ads for the purpose of selling or helps the buyers in browsing for the sale/rental products on the website. By using our Website for the above purposes the user agrees to the terms and conditions of Looopit! Furthermore, for selling and buying the user agrees to the posting guidelines of Looopit! This may change from time to time at the discretion of Looopit!
While using our services the user agrees to the terms and conditions of Looopit! if there is any disagreement on the user part to any terms and conditions or policy changes the user can quit using the website.
2. SERVICE AND PRODUCT CONTENT POLICY
Looopit! is an online selling and buying, rental platform. However, Looopit! is not involved in any monetary transaction for selling/rental and bears no liabilities in this regard. The users use our services at their own risk and Looopit! is not involved in money transactions. The users should understand that looopit! is a service provider and is not used for any money transaction between the seller and the buyer, nor do we have any control over any emails or messages sent outside of our domain or other electronic correspondence between the users.
The user at Looopit! shall promise not to use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the terms or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Looopit! We at Looopit! have policy guidelines for the sellers which states that, posting any obscene, banned, indecent, illegal product or service is forbidden. Therefore, the seller should upload products or services that are permitted in the policy guidelines. Any formidable product or service ads containing any obscene, indecent images, photos or videos will be removed from our website. Our website has no control over misleading information provided by the users therefore the users should acknowledge and take the responsibility for all the risks.
Looopit! is not responsible for any content uploaded or damage incurred during browsing of our website. Furthermore, any third party Website and Content available through our website is not associated with looopit! and do not guarantee accurate information. Hence, we don’t endure any liabilities to misinformation provided by third party. The sellers on Looopit! must agree that they are responsible for the products or services they post on the website,
The User as a seller should agree to looopit! guidelines and takes full responsibility for the content and pictures they upload on the website, moreover the user must assign the copyrights of the product or service to looopit! which the company can use for promotion purpose on any legal platform such as social media. Any product or service content/description or photograph posted by the user must be allowed by the business whose information is shared in the ad. Our website does not allow copyright and intellectual property rights infringement, therefore any content, information, description and pictures provided by the user that falls under the copyright or IP laws will be removed from the website if reported. Moreover, we are not liable for any infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights, that emanate out of materials posted on or transmitted through the site, or advertised on the site by end users or any other third parties.
The owner of intellectual property rights and copyrights, if find any material posted by the user an infringement on their intellectual property rights can report it to our team with their legal ownership information that they have.
1. How to Sell on Looopit?
You can add listings on Looopit! account and start selling by completing these simple steps.
a. Visit the Looopit.org Website.
b. First time user can click on add listing directly.
c. Click on the form Free
d. Fill the form with required details.
e. Upload product details and images as allowed in the form and submit.
Note: Kindly provide your valid email address in your seller account because you will be receiving emails on the email you provide. Also, note that you will be contacted by the given contact that you provide with the ads.
2. How to Price Your Items on Looopit!
You’ll need to consider a few factors when setting prices on Looopit!
Your costs: How much did it cost you to source the item.
Profit margin: How much profit do you want to make on each sale?
• The market: How much are other sellers asking for similar items on Looopit? What represents a fair price for buyers?
• Negotiation: Are you willing to negotiate a fair price with the buyer, or is it non-negotiable.
Payment Method will be mutually decided between the buyer and seller and looopit will not be a part of it. Many items on Looopit are listed for local pick-up only. However, if you want to target a larger number of buyers, you can also offer nationwide shipping on the products you advertise.
You’ll need to search the shipping options available for the products you’re selling, including the cost and delivery time frames. It’s up to you to choose Pakistan Post or a dedicated courier service; make sure that delivery times and shipping costs are clearly displayed in your ad.
5. How Many Ads Can I Post on Looopit?
There are no limits to the number of ads Loopit community members can post. Looopit! is an
online marketplace where you can buy and sell any legal products and services you want. The users can post
ads across hundreds of categories of products.
6. Products and Services Prohibited:
The following products are not allowed to be posted/put for selling, swapping, and renting:
• Alcohol
• Counterfeit, illegal products or services
• Electronic surveillance equipment
• Fireworks
• Hazardous materials
• Lottery tickets
• Pornographic material
• Tobacco products
• Used cosmetics
• Weapons
Looopit! Policy regarding Ads content, photographs and information:
The user cannot share the following information or content on looopit! Website:
• Copyrighted and patented that violates any law or regulation, protected by trade secret or trademark unless you are authorized from the legal owner of the product or service.
• Any information that is illegal, misleading harmful, abusive, obscene, blasphemous, defamatory, pornographic, pedophilic, against privacy or human rights, hateful towards any ethnic, religious, gender or age group or otherwise against the law shall not be shared.
• The user must not share someone’s personal information without his/her clear consent.

Sharing misleading and disguised email addresses, or forged headers is prohibited.
Policy towards the Users
The users agree not to:
• Make any unsolicited contacts with anyone for any purpose or harass any one on looopit! Platform.
• Post any irrelevant, hateful defamatory comment on someone’s ad or post.
• Collect personal data about other users or entities for commercial or unlawful purposes
• Download data from Looopit! website for unlawful purposes.
• Post an ad that is not in the loop of Looopit! category list or post the same ad on multiple category list
• Misuse or disrupts Looopit! systems or upload such items that damages performance of our website
• If the user is found guilty by Looopit! team because they uploaded any content illegal or against its policy guidelines their ad or posting may be disabled, and/or may be subject to investigation under appropriate laws.
• Furthermore, if proven guilty that user’s profile/account will be terminated from Looopit! website and their posting will be removed by our company.

8. Rentals
Looopit! is providing rental platform for house share, home, room and hostel rentals, events rental, furniture rentals, dress rentals, car rentals, rideshare and other products rentals. The rental agreement will be between the concerned parties and Loopit! Community will not be responsible for any inconvenience in this regard.
11. COD Policy Loopit! community is not responsible for any mishandling between the buyer and seller. Whenever the buyer opts for the COD on the ad in resell, it is the responsibility of the buyer and the seller to sort out each and everything between themselves.
User Agreement
You as a user agree that Looopit!, its directors, employees and service providers are not liable for any of the following:
• Your use/misuse of our services or Website and as a result cause any damage to anyone
Your violation of any of our policy guidelines
• Your violation of any third party right, such as copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights, trade secret or other property, privacy right or human rights
• You as a user agree that you will legally defend looopit! against any and all claims of damage that your Content caused to other users or any third party.
• Therefore, any damage, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees) arising due to your misuse of our website or services is wholly and solely your responsibility and looopit! will not be held responsible for any such damages, copy right and IP rights issues or any other issue arising from your use of our services/platform or website.
• You as a user agree that Looopit! is not liable for any payment, rental or resell transaction or interaction that takes place between the users (Buyer and Seller), third party while using Looopit! platform.
• Looopit! is not liable nor takes the responsibility for Goods and services sold, rented, donated, through its platform.
• Looopit! takes no responsibility for any buying and selling or rental deals between/among the user
• Looopit! is not liable for any dispute between/among the users or third party (using Looopit! website) arising due to payment, product and service delivery, warranties and other terms and conditions.
• Looopit! is only an online platform that connects the potential buyer with the seller.
• Looopit! and its community is free of any claim, damages, fraud, misinformation arising while using its services for resell, rental and ride share.
